The season runs June to October. While your round baler shapes the year’s livestock feed in the field, the only consumable on the line is bale net. Pick the wrong product and the bale loosens, falls apart on transport, starts to mold — and a season’s labor is gone.

Filesan’s bale net is engineered to the tolerances of the major round baler manufacturers (New Holland, Case IH, Vicon, Krone, John Deere). Standard widths of 1.23 m, 1.25 m, 1.30 m and roll lengths between 2,000 m and 4,000 m are stock items.

Where it is used

  • Round bale hay, alfalfa, silage. Standard application: 8–12 wraps and the baler closes the bale in 30 seconds.
  • Forage export. Net-wrapped bales breathe inside containers, preserving feed quality.
  • Grass and landscape clipping collection. Municipalities and large landscape contractors.
  • Beet pulp and corn silage. Restraint for compressed product stacking.

Why bulk buyers choose Filesan

The bale-net market in Turkey turns around two or three large suppliers that hold seasonal inventory. Filesan is one of those three. Our distributor network is on the ground at season opening, with one-week delivery commitments held season after season.

For export customers, compatibility with European baler standards is critical. Plan your seasonal order in March or April; shipment lands by early June.

Frequently asked questions

1.23 m, 1.25 m or 1.30 m — which one?

Your baler model spec sheet decides. Distributors usually carry all three. The dominant request is 1.23 m.

When should I order for the season?

March or April. Our line ships across Turkey from mid-May. Late orders struggle to reach mid-June installations.

Are these compatible with European balers for export?

Yes. New Holland, Case IH, Krone, Vicon and Welger models are field tested. A standard part of our container shipping profile.

About the Filesan Expert Team behind this page

Bale net is a seasonal product: not planned in March or April, doesn’t reach the field by June. Our forage product manager studied agricultural economics and has eight years of seasonal demand-forecast track record. Annual spool consumption data flows in from New Holland and Case IH dealers; “out of stock” doesn’t happen at our distributors.

For machine-net compatibility we run field-tested bobbin recipes against each major model — BR/NH 7060, NH BigBaler 870, Case IH RB465, Krone Comprima V150 XC. Wrap-tension elongation runs under 2%, half the sector average.
