Extrusion
UV-stabilized HDPE raw material is drawn into tape on our own extrusion lines. Every batch is tested for granule quality.
Raschel Knitting
Bale, package, shade and tube nets are all knitted on our Raschel machines. Mesh structure and weight are tuned per order.
Cutting & Finishing
Custom sizes, colors and labeling — same discipline regardless of run length. Every roll is measured and logged.
Packaging & Shipment
Container-based OEM packaging. Weekly shipments to 56+ countries — in the format you need, on schedule.
