Polyethylene Twines
Most users don’t think about it, but polyethylene twine is everywhere — from greenhouse tying to camping, from baler line to industrial packaging. It’s light, doesn’t absorb water, doesn’t rot, and with UV additive it stays in service for 5+ years. A single spool can tie, secure, hang or close.
Filesan’s PE twine line covers the range from single-filament tying yarn to braided light rope. Diameter, breaking strength and spool length: we tune the production line to your application.
Where it is used
- Greenhouse and field tying. Tomato and cucumber trellis tying, transplant stake lines.
- Tent, tarp and awning rope. Camping, livestock shelters, tarpaulin restraint.
- Baler twine. Round and square baler feed yarn (model and load have to match).
- Industrial packaging. Textile bale, carpet, factory production tie-off.
- Marine secondary lines. Light-load secondary tie-off, boat equipment, dock spares.

Why bulk buyers choose Filesan
On the baler-twine side we ship tens of thousands of spools every season across Turkey. Our distribution partners are agricultural cooperatives; seasonal stock plans are worked out together at the start of the year.
For industrial packaging, custom color and brand printing are part of the standard catalog. Describe the application and we open a sample request.
Frequently asked questions
Which twine for my baler?
Share manufacturer, model and seasonal bale count; we propose the right diameter-length-strength combination. We hold reserve stock at distributors before the season opens.
Why HDPE instead of natural-fiber rope?
HDPE resists water, doesn’t rot, and lasts years with UV additive. Lighter and longer-lived than traditional textile rope.
Can I sell it under my own brand?
Yes; spool labels or wrap branding is part of the standard service.
About the Filesan Expert Team behind this page
PE twine looks simple, but baler-twine supply turns into a seasonal logistics problem at scale. The Filesan procurement manager pulls field data from John Deere, Case IH and New Holland dealers each spring; we know which model burns through which spool count, by region.
Our production engineer recalibrates the extruder per batch. The HALS dosage gets tuned to climate; a North African awning rope and a Black Sea baler twine don’t share the same recipe.
